Well formatted with functioning table of contents and fully illustrated. Obvious care was taken by the editors when converting from 19th century text to electronic version. Thank you!
This edition has numerous typos, the contents does NOT work, nor does the index and there are NO illustrations whatever!
Clearly the reviewer who gave this 5 stars is either
1 - writing about a different edition? (which if it exists I would prefer to have bought!)
2 - lying through their teeth, because they are the producers of this substandard piece of work and simply intend to deceive to gain a quick buck?
Poorly written and hard to read. Very hard to follow this writers chain of thought. I would not recommend this book.
This is real close to a reference book on ancient religions. I know I will have to read and re-read this book. To me this fills in some details that were buried by orthodoxy protestant and catholic.
